Who we are
Land Capital Acquisitions ("we," "us") is a real estate investment company that purchases residential property as a principal for its own account. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not act as an agent for, or represent the interests of, any seller or buyer, and we owe no fiduciary duty to anyone who contacts us through this site.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and nothing here creates an attorney-client or advisory relationship. We are not a lender and do not provide foreclosure rescue, loan modification, credit repair, or debt relief services. You should consult your own attorney, accountant, or a licensed real estate agent before entering into any agreement to sell property.
Offers are not binding until signed
Submitting a form does not create an offer, an agreement, or any obligation on either side. Any number we give you is a good-faith estimate based on the information you provide and on publicly available property data. It is not binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement, and it remains subject to a walkthrough inspection and to clear, marketable title. We may withdraw or revise an unsigned offer at any time.
Assignment of purchase agreements
Our purchase agreements are assignable. Depending on the property, we may complete the purchase ourselves or assign our rights under the agreement to an affiliate or a third-party buyer who completes it. Where we assign an agreement, we may receive a fee for doing so. In every case, the purchase price and closing date stated in your signed agreement remain as written unless you agree in writing to change them. This will be disclosed in the agreement itself, and we will tell you plainly how a transaction is structured before you sign.
No guarantee of results
Timelines, cost coverage, and outcomes described on this site are typical results, not promises. They vary by property condition, title status, occupancy, lender payoffs, and local law. Selling to an investor generally produces a lower gross sale price than listing a property on the open market with a licensed agent; the trade-off is speed, certainty, and no repair or commission cost. We encourage you to compare both options.
Accuracy of information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner of the property or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf. Offers are made in reliance on what you tell us and may be revised if material facts differ.
Site content and intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
